We use professional measuring instruments that allow thermal imaging, moisture measurement, precise surveying with a laser distance meter and non-destructive testing. I graduated as a civil engineer from the Ybl Miklós Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering at Óbuda University, specialising in fire and disaster protection. I then earned a postgraduate EHS specialist engineering degree at the university’s Bánki Donát Faculty of Mechanical and Safety Engineering, extending my expertise to fire, occupational, environmental and health protection.
I spent several years working in building construction and facility operation, so I have thorough practical experience of every detail of buildings and building structures, and I am well aware of the problems that construction defects can cause – whether in a flat or a family house.

I earned my civil engineering degree at the University of Leeds. During my career I have worked on the design and construction of complex infrastructure projects, where my job was to precisely identify technical problems and analyse them at system level. I apply this analytical approach and engineering thoroughness to property inspections, so that our clients get a reliable picture of the property’s true technical condition.
